Host Basic
$99 per month
- 1 flexible route visit each month
- Water testing, routine balance, skimming, light shell care, filter check, and service receipt
- Customer supplies approved routine chemicals and replacement filters.
- Additional Basic visit is $99
- No checkout timing guarantee and no emergency benefit
Host Care
$349 per month
- 4 visits each month
- Routine chemistry, skimming, shell care, filter care, condition check, and service receipt
- Standard routine balancing chemicals are included. Replacement filters and parts are separate.
- Additional Care visit is $109
- Priority scheduling without an every checkout guarantee
Turnover Concierge
$799 per month
- Up to 8 qualifying checkout services each month
- Same day service for qualifying turnovers in the accepted guarantee zone
- Booking calendar monitoring, chemistry, cleaning, filter care, photos, and incident documentation
- Qualified vendor coordination for repair work outside our maintenance scope
- Turnover 9 and above is $129 each
- A qualifying service miss caused by our scheduling failure receives a $100 account credit
Baseline and filters
Initial baseline service is $149 per hot tub and is waived with an initial three month Concierge commitment. Replacement filters, parts, specialty consumables, and extraordinary recovery work are separate.
Service area
Port Angeles and accepted nearby dense Clallam County route area.. Extended zone properties are individually reviewed and use a fixed location surcharge set at onboarding.
